my husband and i adopted cassie (now chloe) a few
months ago and we just wanted to give an update. She
has gained a few pounds and her coat is now shiny and
beautiful, she oves everyone. She has no behavioral
issues at all even though when we brought her home it
seemed as if she had never been in a house before.
(she was afraid of the TV and the appliances, she
didn't seem to have any idea what a mirror was or any
other household thing)She has a stuffed pig that she
chews, but she won't go near the stuffed pig i have
sitting in the living room within her reach. All you
have to say is no, once.
we are so lucky to have gotten her, we can't imagine
life without her now. we are working on dog training
101 and eventually i hope to have her certified as a
therapy dog so she can come to work with me (i am
training to be a child social worker). Here are a few
